Service Usage and Payment

Policy on Using Interior Design and Construction Services
  • Requirements and Information: Customers need to provide detailed information and clear requirements regarding their preferences, functionality, style, and budget so that CONN Design can accurately understand and meet their needs.
  • Design Process: After receiving the request, CONN Design will prepare a quotation and send a contract for both parties to sign. The 3D design process and idea presentation will then be carried out. Adjustments and finalization of the concept will be made based on customer feedback.
  • Project Construction Process: Once the customer approves and finalizes the design concept, CONN Design will provide a cost estimate based on the approved 3D design. Upon agreement on the cost, a contract will be signed to commence the construction process.
  • Execution Time: The construction timeline will be agreed upon and communicated to the customer to ensure smooth coordination for both parties.
  • Rights and Responsibilities: CONN Design is committed to delivering high-quality products and services, ensuring adherence to the agreed-upon timeline and budget.
  • Deposit: After signing the contract, customers must make an initial deposit as specified in the contract to commence the construction process.
  • Subsequent Payments: The schedule for subsequent payments will be specified in the contract, reflecting the progress of the construction.
  • Final Payment: The final payment will be made after the customer inspects and accepts the completed project.
  • Method 1: Cash Payment
  • The customer places an order and confirms the service details.
  • A deposit is required based on the order value.
  • A consultant will collect the cash payment upon contract signing, and the customer will receive and inspect the product according to the agreed timeline.
  • Method 2: Bank Transfer
  • Applicable for orders requiring a bank transfer.
  • A deposit percentage is required as per the contract.
  • The second payment installment is made after the product is manufactured.
  • The remaining balance is paid upon project completion and handover.

  • Notes for Project Customers:

Customers must make deposit payments as per the agreement and in phases as outlined in the contract.

The remaining balance is to be paid upon project completion and handover.

In the event of project cancellation, the refund policy outlined in the contract will apply.

ONN Design reserves the right to modify the content of the payment and service usage policies without prior notice. However, customers will be informed of any changes.

Shipping–Delivery–Installation

Shipping Policy

1. For Interior Construction Products:

Ho Chi Minh City Urban Area:

CONN Design offers free shipping and installation within all districts of Ho Chi Minh City.

Suburban Areas and Other Provinces:

A shipping fee applies to customers located more than 20km from the purchasing point.

Free shipping for orders valued at over 400 million VND.

2.For Standalone Products:

Standalone items such as tables, chairs, and shoe cabinets purchased separately will incur a shipping fee. Customers will pay the shipping fee directly to the delivery personnel.

  • Installation and delivery times will be negotiated and communicated in detail with customers.
  • For in-stock items, delivery will be made within 24 hours or according to the customer’s request.
  • Out-of-stock items will be delivered as soon as they become available or as per the agreed timeline.
  • If using CONN Design’s designated shipping service, we are responsible for any risks or losses during transportation from CONN Design to the customer’s location.
  • Customers must inspect the products upon delivery. If any damage is detected, customers must sign a confirmation with the delivery staff and immediately report it to CONN Design’s Customer Service Department.
  • If using a customer-designated shipping service, the customer will be responsible for any risks or losses during transportation from CONN Design to their location. The customer will also bear all related shipping costs and damages.
  • We will notify customers before delivery. We appreciate your understanding if delays occur due to bad weather or traffic conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Period
  • For Ready-Made Products:

    • Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt if the product has a manufacturer defect.

  • For Custom-Made/Designed Products:

    • Custom-made or specially designed products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of errors caused by CONN Design.

  • Technical Defects:

    • CONN Design will take responsibility and offer an exchange if the defect is due to manufacturing errors.

  • Incorrect Product Delivery:

    • If customers receive a product different from their order, they have the right to request an exchange for the correct product.

  • The product must remain intact:

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • Retaining the purchase invoice:

    • Customers must keep the purchase invoice to validate their eligibility for returns or exchanges.

  • Inspection & Confirmation:

    • If approved, CONN Design will process the exchange or issue a refund as per the agreement.

The return & exchange policy only applies to products meeting the stated conditions. CONN Design is not responsible for issues caused by improper usage by customers. Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

CONN Design guarantees a one-year warranty for all full-service interior design and construction projects, starting from the date of project completion and handover.

The warranty applies to all products and interior projects designed and constructed by CONN Design.

The warranty does not apply in cases of unauthorized modifications or repairs without CONN Design’s consent, or if there is evidence of improper use.

The warranty covers corrections of all technical defects and malfunctions arising from the design or construction process by CONN Design.

We ensure functionality, safety, and aesthetics of all products and interior projects.

Customers must report specific issues requiring warranty service through CONN Design’s official communication channels.

CONN Design will receive the request, assess the issue, and schedule inspection and resolution as soon as possible.

During the warranty period, all material and labor costs for necessary repairs will be covered by CONN Design.

Any additional costs resulting from improper intervention by the customer will not be included in the warranty policy.

After the warranty period expires, CONN Design will continue to support customers with reasonable service fees for any maintenance or upgrades upon request.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by unauthorized repairs, improper intervention, or misuse by the customer.

Any modifications or updates to the warranty policy will be announced in advance as per the regulations.

We are committed to providing quality and responsible warranty services to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
